Returns

Before making a return, please make sure the product is not damaged and that the tag and seal are present and intact.

You must return the package with all of its original contents (including any free gifts).

You may request a return no later than 14 days after receiving the merchandise.

We do not offer exchanges: you may receive a refund and purchase the desired item again.

• Italy: 10 euros
• European Union, including UK: 20 euros
• Rest of the world: 25 euros

Returning your purchase sign in to your account and under “Orders”, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return. All items must be returned new, unused and in the original garment box. Please close the box safely and apply your preprinted returns label.

Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded at net of any shipping and return costs. If your order has been sent to a destination extra EU , you will be refunded the amount at net of any import tax or duty, if they apply, and net of shipping and return costs.

If the receiver refuses the delivery, all transport costs and/or customs duties will be charged to the customer and it will not be entitled for refunds.
