Description
This single-breasted tuxedo jacket in Tasmanian wool, semi-canvas constructed and fully lined, features a regular fit. The tailoring is defined by a single fastening button, peak lapels, jetted pockets, and a double vent at the back. The fabric, naturally soft and breathable, offers elegant fluidity and a subtle sheen; gros-grain silk, applied on both the lapels and pockets, emphasizes the attention to detail and the quality of the materials. The "SW1" line takes its name from the prestigious London postal code of Buckingham Palace, a symbol of British elegance. Inspired by Creative Director Luca Rubinacci’s experience in London as an apprentice tailor, the collection reinterprets English tailoring tradition through the distinctive style of Maison Rubinacci. The semi-canvas construction ensures a precise and structured fit, allowing the jacket to drape naturally on the wearer. The sleeve buttonholes are left closed to allow for any necessary alterations in length.
